A proper warm-up is more than just a routine - it’s a key part of your progress and safety on skates. It prepares your muscles and joints, reduces the risk of injury, and helps you feel more connected to your body before you start learning new moves.

My warm-up combines strength and flexibility exercises designed specifically to support your skating. Building strength and mobility not only protects your body but also boosts your control, balance, and flow - all essential for steady progress.
