Tarantino
The Tarantino combines the Shoot the Duck and the Open the Book. If you’re not familiar with these moves, I strongly recommend revisiting the previous lessons where they were covered.
This move is fun but does require some flexibility and strong knees. Regular stretching is a great way to improve your mobility. It’s also important to listen to your body—if you have a knee injury or any physical limitation that makes this move uncomfortable, it’s absolutely fine to skip it. Safety comes first—only try it if you feel ready!
